    We organise theme holidays according to the season - sports, special interest, discovery holidays or training courses.

Discovering the Cevenol Gastronomy
As the winter rage, why don't you come in the Cevennes to spend greedy holidays discovering our wonderfull country's Gastronomy?

Our Gastronomy is like this complex region where men have never give up, since centuries, in order to maintain a living space in a hard context: the cevenol people knows, since decades, that simplicity brings you about so much pleasure.

That's the Cevenol cooking, frugal and rustic, we wish to share with you by our big fireside.
You will taste the cooking made from delicious locals farm produces: chesnuts, games, boletus, soup with vegetables from another time.

Taste the "Coupétade", the "Brasucade", or our "Estouffade".
We also propose a foie gras tasting session, on demand.

The Cevenol Gastronomic' Holidays is spread out over 2 days. It can be set up for at least 4 peoples.

Standard schedule for a WE: Check in friday evening, between 7 pm and 8 pm. Traditional Cevenol Menu made from available farm produces at that time (nettle soup, "Estouffade", the famous "Coupétade" dessert...).

Saturday morning breakfast, time off then a greedy lunch (seasonal game, foie gras tasting session on demand) to discover new traditionals recipes.
Digestive walk or nap during the afternoon!
At evening, diner at our "table d'hôte" (soup-Aigo Boulido for instance, Florac's sausages, chesnut pudding, "Brasucade"), then spend the evening by our big fireside.

Sunday morning breakfast, then time off until the last lunch made up of typicals recipes (herbs "Fricandeaux", trouts, omelette soufflée with apples).
